Who was that guy you played Reed's Father?

Thought this was a "fantastic" movie but whoever played this guy took me completely out of the movie. He seemed so out of place. I almost turned it off, but thankfully I decided to push through.

His name is Tim Heidecker. He got famous doing some cable access shows but I think made most of his money through an inheritance. I heard he paid to be in the movie so it makes sense why he was so out of place. Movie was okay 5/10. If they're willing to let anyone be in it for a fee how dedicated are they to the craft?

As OP said, almost took them completely out of the movie. It's like the director selling a part of their soul. As long as he lines his pockets he'll do whatever the suits tell him.
