With all the hype about the 3rd one coming out recently I decided to give this series a shot. Found the first one to be very boring. Does it get better?

I'm a bit of an odd ball when it comes to movies. I enjoy movies based on seasons, so it's October and I'll just watch scary movies no matter if they're good or not. I'm also into a lot weird stories. I could not get into Terrifier at all. Gore for the sake of gore is just dumb, I could watch student films for that, and that's all this is for 90 minutes. But I will still give each one a chance. I'm planning on seeing the 3rd one this week, based on the last 2 I'll probably go to the theater to watch Joker 2 again and sneak into this one.
